Youth at Calvary Hill Baptist Church

• A Dynamic and Energetic Expression of the Life of the Church.
  The Youth Program of Calvary Hill is a dynamic and energetic expression of the life of the church as a whole. Committed to the worship of God, the study of the Bible, and the Christian faith lived out in ministry and mission, the Youth of Calvary Hill are leaders in the cause of Christ in our church. Weekly Bible study serves to nurture young people to understand and grow in their relationship with Christ. The Youth read together, weekly, the Scriptures and discuss the importance of God's Word for their own life.
• "Our Youth Group is tight and comes to worship God while having fun."
  The Youth regularly attend and take part in worship. As one young person has put it, "Our Youth Group is filled with many individuals who come together to worship in one faith," (BW) or as another youth has said, "Our Youth group is tight and comes to worship God while having fun." (VB)
• Ministry and Mission
  Ministry and Mission are, also, essential parts of every youth's walk of faith. Youth prepare sandwiches on Wednesday nights for the homeless. Youth attend regularly scheduled retreats and go on mission every summer. Summer mission trips are the highlight of the year, taking time to be together, having fun, and doing the work of ministry and mission in our community and in different parts of the country.
